Since the arrival of my new phone I really am such a bad blogger!

I got my first smart phone! hooray! (yep, I still lived in the ages where they used their phones only for ringing or texting someone..) Oh god, it felt like I'd been living under a huge stone the last few years!

Well, using my very first smart phone wasn't that hard 'cause I'm kind of used to my boyfriend his smartphone.. But hey, that smartphone is SO useful! I can finally use twitter, instagram, etc. like it should be used! FUN! I so got into my new phone (which is the Samsung Galaxy Mini 2) that I didn't felt the need to use my laptop every day..

But I'm back again..

I really missed blogging!

(although I love my new hobby #Instagram)

Here's a short review of the last couple of days (or weeks?)

My muscles were "over done"..

I actually don't know how to explain that, but I came to a point where I had so much pain in my legs that I really needed to see a doctor.. (I always wait to long to see a doctor.. don't know why I keep waiting and waiting.. maybe because I want to know for sure that it really isn't going to be O.K. ???)

Well, I got some anti-inflammatory drugs and the doctor told me to really take care of my shin splints:

a lot of resting (hahah!) some massage (hooray!) and some exercises should do the trick..

Massage - and OMG that hurts!

Doctor said resting, so I hear: making my life more comfortable! 

Say Good Food, I Like!

Trying a new white wine I got as a present from a wonderful colleague!

Garlic bread, I love!

And off course, I got tired of resting all day so I started to try something out in the kitchen:

I hope to blog a little more often..

but I promise, it will be a lot better from the moment I moved in in our own house

(but that.. that will still take a looooong time!)

I'm having a hard time finding some time for my blog.. And I really don't like that!

Besides all the work in the clothes store where I work I still have my "Project Renovate"!

This is a picture my boyfriend took a few weeks ago in our bedroom-to-be:

pretty awesome eh?!

Less awesome was my outfit.. my pants were way to big! (not practical at all!) and I don't mind combining things that aren't combinable at all.. just easy and comfy clothing for this kind of work! Lucky me there was a lot of dust on the mirror 'cause of all our hard work! hah! standing in my little dressingroom-to-be by the way:

moved the mirror so we can start with "Project Gyproc"!

Hah, that word is so combinable with everything, I love my projects!

Phooh

I started painting our kitchen today.

I really love doing tasks like that!

The only thing I don't like about it is that I don't really need to care about my clothes and make-up cause I would only screw it up with all the paint I spill. -oops-

We hadn't had enough paint so we needed to go out to get some more..

and while doing that I found a fantastic new pair of shoes: 

I had a pair of similar shoes (which I have already for several years!!) but they kind of broke down and my boyfriend needed to glue them together.. You can't see it at all but I'm not that confident anymore in my beloved shoes.. so I was looking for a (very!) similar pair (-> 'cause I really loved those shoes, they were in every way so perfect!).. The only thing is.. I love high heels, but these babies need to be easy to walk (and run) a whole day and to feel no pain what so ever when you come back home after a hard day of work (no sitting included!).. I already love them! almost that much as my previous ones.. Only need to look at that color! Deep red colors.. Need I say more?

Friday, 24th of August

Hah!

need to say it: HALLELUJA, welcome (back) to the era of internet!

Damn, life without internet seems like "mission impossible".

But hey, I have a lot to talk about now!

Just before I left to live my life without internet (for more than a month!) I told you about the nail polish I got from Bourjois! I've tested it several times and still need to tell you what I think about it!

I also gave you a short update about the washing machine we bought.. A few days later we also bought our refrigerator, so: "more to come" about that too!

What to do without internet!? Can you even imagine it!?

Well, our television broke down so that wasn't an option. Not that I care so much, I don't really like watching television.. I think it's kind of boring..

So here are the other options:

* We worked hard at our house. Only a few months left now until we can move in! -Getting too excited!! (There's still plenty of work!)-

* Trying a lot of products that I still need to write a review over now!

* And trying to live a healthier life: eating healthier food, sitting on the bike again, going to bed earlier,...

Well, that's it for now, I'm so happy I'm back!

Summer is (finally) here!

A lot happened since we moved to our parents their new house..
but let's start with yesterday!


We bought our first washing machine!

Monday, 18th of June

The boyfriend is coming home in an hour!

and for the occasion I have found a little present for him:

A television.

Allright, it's a 9 years old Philips television.

but we had decided that we didn't had the money for a television..

and I don't really need a television in my life.. but my boyfriend likes watching tv..

so I found one for free!

I'm so excited that he'll be home again!

but there are a few things I'll be missing when he's back..

I'll need to share our kingsize bed again..

and I loved how our cats where always there when I came home the last two weeks.

Everytime when I got home Streep was waiting for me to open the door of the car

Sunday, 20th of May

Look what I found on the table this morning:

A little SELF-MADE present from my sister.

She loves to make earrings etc. (also bracelets, scarfs,...)

- I definitely need to make a blogpost about her creations! -

Well she knew I loved this pair..

so she just gave them to me for my birthday!

Another thing I really wanted for my birthday:

getting rid of those ugly pinetree trunks at our house!

The boys already started doing that last tuesday,

but I also wanted to have that fence placed for my birthday!

Again starting work at our house didn't went well:

After they had chopped only two trees the axe was already broken..

So they needed to repair that one already:

and hops, off we go again!

My job?

Removing the soil around the tree trunks..

and fill the holes with that soil again..

So the ground would be a little flat..

so we can start building up the fence!
