Up to the next level! The eyes!
For me the eyes are almost every time the most important step in a make-up!
maybe it's because I love eyes!
They have something special,
they can say so many things,
they can speak so loud!
Although it's the most important of a make-up, I don't have so many make-up for the eyes..
Well, I just don't have a lot of make-up in general actually..
Some eyeshadows (int.al. Gosh, Rimmel and Essence) and fake lashes from Make-upstudio.
I love to use those fake lashes on the outside of my own lashes, it fills them up and creates somehow a Bambi-ish look.. but for me, that's only when I go out for a party..
I don't have many eye-shadow colors:
I love white as a base and just under my lowest lashes.
I don't do mascara or something black on or under my lowest lashes
'cause that makes me look very tired.
I also love black, grey and those brownish shades,
they are perfect to make smokey eyes!
I don't know why I ever bought those purple shades of Gosh..
the other light shades of Gosh I sometimes use in summer!
And just to go to work I only use the white one below and the little one below, just in the right corner.
It looks very natural and gives a little glow on my eyelids, just a little touch that makes me look bright.
Now we come to the point I really love!
My eye-liners and mascara!
I love black! (I have other colors but I don't use them at all!)
- I have one liquid liner "Liner Pinceau" from Bourjois and God how I love it! Really intense black! And really easy to use! - That's very important for me, 'cause I don't have a steady hand! -
- I also have some pencils from La Roche-Posay, not that intense black as a liquid liner but also very nice results! I love them all!
I only have three different mascaras:
- Givenchy Phenomen'eyes: It's the mascara with that weird little rounded brush.. Actually I have it now for a long time already because I don't quite like it.. It makes my lashes really black but I'd rather love the effect of spreaded lashes. This mascara makes it look like I only have a couple of huge lashes. so that's nothing for me. I often use my givenchy first and than I use the brush of an old cleaned Chanel (mascara)brush to open up the lashes.. I don't think there's a mascara that makes my lashes more black than that givenchy, but I don't like my lashes to stick together.
- Exceptionnel De Chanel: It's one of my favorite make-up pieces! A few years ago I got a little sample from Chanel in my mailbox, I tried it and really loved it! I loved it so much that I'm addicted and I think it's really worth the money!
- Bourjois Volume Glamour Ultra Black: actually this one is also one of my favorites! It's almost as good as my Chanel! So if you're looking for a good starter, this one'll be your friend!
