Olraight!

It has been a really long time ago now.. and I can't say I'm really back..
There are a lot of things chancing in my life for the moment, that's why I really can't find the time for blogging..

I'll give you a little update by sharing you some pictures from my instagram "cupcakenele":

I really loved the little bottle "micelaire water with roses" from Nuxe!

So I bought a bigger version of it and got a second bottle for free ! (double hooray!)

 Cute and low-budget perfume !

The first hair mask I bought myself! and I loved it! (re-buy!)

Sample fun! (Vichy, Roc, etc.) 

Sample fun: Auriga (new brand for me)! Loved the little bottles but wasn't so over the top about the serum that was inside..

Sleepovers (sister on the pic) = facial masks! We love facial masks!

Washed my hair and used another Deauty-product!

Redken Full Effect 04 Nourishing Mousse.

It's a silky mousse that feels very light and it isn't sticky at all! -hooray for that!-

My hair feels lighter but I don't really see the extra volume it promises..

Maybe because my hair is quite voluminous on it's own..

What I love about the two hairproducts in the Deauty-box is the fact they make the curls in my hair a little more curlier than my natural curls. And they make my hair look healthy and shiny!

And today was the last day we could visit Lannoo's yearly bookmarket!

- Lannoo is a publisher from the region where I was born -

I bought this one: Thumbs and fingers full of chocolate (for €9)

With a lot of easy chocolate recipes!

They look so delicious! I can't wait till we're moving in our own house to try to make those little treasures!

And this was really a bargain!

More than 290 pages with stunning black and white photos.

Merckx, a living legend! I though it might be a nice book to remember some moments of the last year..

I got my hairstyling advice from a friend of a friend of mine

at Pukkelpop 2009 (= a Belgian Music Festival)..

He also did my hair:

When I'm done with cleaning my hair (shampoo and conditioner)

it's time to get it back in shape!

first of all:

L'Oréal Studio Straight!

Actually I don't know the price of it because I once bought three bottles at once, this is my last bottle of the three I once bought.. almost finished and definitely a re-buy!
I've seen that my favorite product now has an other package and it's subdivided in the productline "Studio Silk & Gloss" from L'Oréal!
I actually apply it on wet hair to protect my hair (for heat).


After that I blow-dry my hair with this one: 

Babyliss Expert 1900

Actually this one once was a christmas-present I got from my mom..
and to be very honest.. I wasn't happy at all with this one.
She knew I was looking for a professional hair dryer..
So she thought she'd make me happy with this one..
but she doesn't know a think about all that stuff..
and didn't realized that this one can't do everything I want to be able to do with a hairdryer..
Well, she did her best.. but too bad her best wasn't enough for me this time..
anyway, I'm happy with it and I use it constantly..
but I'm also a little sad that I don't have a professional hairdryer..


On the other hand I'm very happy about this one:
my straightener !


I looked out very carefully which one to buy and spend a little more money then supposed.
But this is the one who made it three years ago (in 2009)..

Braun ES2 Satinliner 

He really is my baby.

I only use him on clean hair!

I'm so careful with it that he still looks like I just bought him!

Oh how I love this one!

A few years ago I started using Gliss Kur (from Schwarzkopf)..

And now I'm a little addicted to it. But it's not that I only use Gliss Kur Products for my hair,

I love to use other hairproducts too! (More about that soon!) I just love to test new stuff actually!

I was using the total repair shampoo.

But as I found a new Gliss Kur product-line last week I really felt the need to try this one first!

I've already tried some products of this product-lines:

for unmanageable dreary hair

I love the smell and feeling of this product-line!

It's really worth the name, it really looks and feels silky, and therefore a bit luxurious.

for long hair, sensitive for splitting 

for dry and damaged hair

for unmanageable fluffy hair

for strongly damaged and dry hair

for damaged thin hair

I'll review them all at once, but that will be for another time!

Which one do you want to see reviewed first?

Today I found something new in the shop!

A new product(line) of one of my favorite brands for haircare:

GLISS KUR by Schwarzkopf!

I couldn't resist buying it!

Tomorrow morning I'll start testing the shampoo!

The smell is typical Gliss Kur: a little heavy but very intense and addictive.

Oh, and a huge plus: no silicones included!!!

Yesterday I told you about that awesome package that had arrived (really soon actually)!

So I really needed to test those products.. quite immediately..

actually I wanted to go for a shower from the minute I saw that package on the table!

Well, so yesterday evening the temptation was to big to resist!

Up to the test, test 1: Kérastase Cristalliste

Actually I really love advertisements

Not many people understand my passion for advertisements..

I really love those little moments between a film or between two programs on television!

Most of the people zap those advertisements away, but I would zap to find some advertisements!

Despite my love for advertisements I'm also very critical and almost never believe a thing of what they say.. Just look at the advertisement of Kérastase Cristalliste:

Would you believe a thing of this? Well, I don't.. this is so unreal to me!

So let's test it!

While showering it wasn't that special.. Just another good smelling, soft feeling shampoo and conditioner.. The shampoo is very easy in use, you don't need a lot of it and it foams very well (something I like!). The conditioner is like a usual conditioner, nothing special to me!

But WOW! when I blow dried my hair! The result of those products is just A-MA-ZING!

My hair really feels softer and LIGHTER than usually, and it also has that stunning glow they promise in that little advertisement video.. Okay, maybe it's just a coincidence!

'cause I only used the products once! but I'll keep testing them for sure! And I'll let you guys know what the results are! 

I slept like a rose!
